today we will play with my lovely foam recorder. i know lot of you are here reading this just for the insteucrions on how to relax to this one. dont forget if there is no instruction you have to do TripleGigaMicro backflip with langing in your fridge.
ok but TODAYS INSTRUCTIONS ARE
first of all you will need 6meters of oranges and two antistatic airs. now you can eat it.
hehehe. no im just kidding. put 37cm of orange on your head and go on four legs. then grab 340cm of orange and mix it with antistatic air. now you have mix that can be throwed out of window of your car while parking inside of toy shop. be sure to park in babies section and be sure you have bucket on your head. now you can throw it out of window. then throw yourself too and say you want triple cheesebabie that can cry and pee.. if cops are on you now just make extraSmallFifth backflip late frontflip. now you should be again at home sitting nakedn in freezer. thats good. grab chicken that you are sitting on and put it again to the freezer. now run to your room backwards while eating 0,7894mm of pure orange made from beer. as soon as you see your bed start shouting "ňuňuňuňu" and then jump into that bed classic way with earphones in your nose and with pajamas on your unicorn... now you can hit play button with your belly and finally say good night to that little crying and peeing baby...

What is ASMR?
Exact definition of ASMR is Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR) signifies the subjective experience of 'low-grade euphoria' characterized by 'a combination of positive feelings, relaxation, and a distinct static-like tingling sensation on the skin'. It typically begins 'on the scalp' before moving 'down the spine' to the base of the neck, sometimes spreading 'to the back, arms and legs as intensity increases', most commonly triggered by specific acoustic and visual stimuli including the content of some digital videos, and less commonly by intentionalattentional control.

But what it really means?
Well Im sure you saw lot of videos with „ASMR“ in title. There is milions of videos made intentionally to trigger ASMR. It can be anything. Someone likes listening to soft voice, someone like listening to cracking with plastic bags, someone just feel relaxed watching Bob Ross painting, somene like watching as someone making something from wood. If you feel „tingles“ when listening or watching to something we can says It trigger your asmr. There is lot of people that listening to asmr when have anxiety, stressful day or when studying.

Triggers of ASMR
It is really individual for everyone, but there is the most common triggers that can be also found on this channel.
The most common audio triggers are for sure relaxing whispering or soft speaking and tapping. Also very popular is crinkles, water sounds, mouth sounds, inaudible whispering, keyboard typing, page turning and others.
There is also lot of visual triggers that can trigger your asmr.
It can be drawing, painting. Watching someone giving massage or rub someone's back, playing with hair, ears, hands.
You can find lot of roleplays of medical examinations. Ear, eyes, scalp examinations are most common.
Also listening to language that you dont know is great trigger.
