Follow my instructions for the best sleep!

In this video I wanted to play around with a creative idea to incorporate triggers that I think you all enjoy with a following instructions type video. This is my 2nd time filming a follow my instructions video, as I think you all really enjoyed the first one! Filming this video was a lot of fun and I think you can tell I had a great time telling you all what to do! I used an assortment of triggers in this soft spoken and occasionally whispered asmr video including hand movements, mouth sounds, rubber gloves, follow the light, follow the pen, asking questions, examining you, examining your eyes, having you read things, decision making, balloon triggers, follow my finger, etc... There are many visual and auditory triggers for the ultimate relaxation. The setting was hopefully dark and relaxing for you, with a relaxing and playful mood for a sleepy yet feel good experience.

I really loved how this turned out as it is full of triggers, and tons of personal attention. I tried to cater to my audience as I have an idea on what you all like, but if you would like me to do this again, let me know some triggers you would like to see next time!
