I have been chronically Ill for the past 9yrs now. This heavily effects my sleep schedule and even makes trying to relaxing very challenging. So I know how rough it is just attempting to get 10mins of relaxation. For all of my sweet friends out there struggling with a chronic illness, I see you, I hear you, and I always believe you. Im so proud of you and think you are doing an amazing job everyday. I know you are doing your best(no matter what that looks like) and that will always be enough! I love you!💕
