[ASMR] 5 Habits & Reshaping Your Life (Motivation)

I really hope some of you decide to take on this challenge with me in 2018. I feel so good about this and I was so happy to do a sponsored video with Fabulous because I truly love the work they put into creating their app. I've also been watching a ton of BHNA and my "LET'S DO IT" receptors are at an all-time high, ha!

I hope that my ideas came across well in this video -- I felt a bit rambly (...45 minute long video, Gibi...) but I think this is an incredible tool for anyone who wants to literally re-learn behaviors; turn them into productive ones that will better yourself and your life. I feel like I have been on this transformation journey for the past few years, and I can't tell you how much happier I've been as my habits change for the better little by little.
