ASMR Follow My Instructions (Eyes Open and Closed) for Sleep

Follow my instructions for the best sleep!

In this video I wanted to film another follow my instructions (do as I say) style video for sleep, but... I wanted you to be able to do the first bit with eyes open and second half with a close your eyes style video, for ultimate sleep. So as you will see, these triggers and instruction following is easy to do with your eyes open at first, then eyes closed, as there is an assortment of audio triggers and games. I have you follow my instructions in this asmr video with a lot of sound triggers and relaxation, with almost meditative games and questions. I asked ChatGPT for ideas, that way we could diversify these videos a bit, but of course we do a lot of things I know you love, such as kokology tests and Carl Jung's word association test as well! This is a both a whispered and soft spoken video as well, so hopefully you enjoy that!
