🌟 Japanese Shiatsu Massage from Head to Toe ✨ | ASMR Relaxing Personal Attention RP

Shiatsu, a massage modality derived from the traditional Japanese massage 'Anma', is a type of massage full of finger pressures and stretches. Shiatsu means 'finger pressure' in Japanese, and the practitioner often follows the meridians in the body to break up blockage and restore balance in the body. It starts with a 'hara' diagnosis, or palpating the abdomen to determine if an area is deficient or in excess, as shown in the thumbnail. In this vid, there's no true 'audio only' parts as I'm filming the whole time, so it's more realistic and POV than many of my other massage vids :) hope y'all enjoy!

Shiatsu is super relaxing, but its principles are based on 📢 PSEUDOSCIENCE 📢 From Wikipedia: "Pseudoscience consists of statements, beliefs, or practices that claim to be both scientific and factual but are incompatible with the scientific method." This video is only intended for relaxation purposes, and I'm just an actor on the Internet.
