What do you all think of this sleep aid tool? I'm really grateful that I had the opportunity to try it firsthand. And I'll be honest with you- I've slept with it every night since I made this video! Usually I curl up with an ASMR video and I put my bunny either on my pillow or I hold it in my hand close to my body. It's very comforting for me. And one of the things i like best is that over the course of 20 minutes the "heart beats" become slower and slower until they stop. It gradually lulls and relaxes you. A very unique and interesting tool!
