So, please, fear no more! ASMR Sweetie is here to rescue you from a potential sleepless night 🥳 In this video you'll see that I have included some of the most popular ASMR-triggers to fall asleep. In order for you to get into a relaxed state, I'll start of by just doing a simple breathing exercise. Then, I'll move on to some of your favorite triggers. The first trigger is some amazing mic-brushing, both with and without plastic wrap. As if this wouldn't be enough, I also added some inaudible whispering! Then, I'll be moving on to triggers such as lip smacking, applying lipgloss, tapping on a wooden cork board, tapping on glass, pouring a glass of coca-cola, playing around with wooden elements, inducing some rubber sounds and of course some more inaudible whispering! To conclude, I think all of these triggers will be enough to induce a good nights sleep.
