Huge giant clams which have over 1 meter length are prohibited to be sold or consumed but the smaller one is a special seafood with have high value for fishermen.

I got this giant clam and I can’t wait to show you guys how I prepare, cook and enjoy it. Let’s get started with a short scripts on its habitat, definition and nutrition facts. Then I will share a short clip of how people clean and prepare giant clam. The last part will be recipe for salad dish.
