hello everyone! how you doing?

anyhoo todays video is just me smoking a cigarette with lots of outdoor noises! not much else to say apart from enjoy! goodnight sleep tight!

what is ASMR?

Most people describe it as feelings of well-being/ comfort combined with a tingling sensation in the scalp and down the back of the neck, but this feeling can happen almost anywhere in the body from my experience! also some people don’t even experience tingles as such but still enjoy watching ASMR for relaxation purposes.

why is it called ASMR?

ASMR stands for,

Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response

a term used to describe the tingling, static-like, or goosebumps sensation you get when ur body response to specific triggering audio or visual stimuli (e.g, my videos:3)

why do people watch ASMR?

people across the globe report ASMR as being helpful for reducing stress and falling asleep, with potential benefits for clinical conditions like anxiety, insomnia and depression! like, how amazing is that!
