ASMR Helping you during a panic attack | Praliene ASMR Roleplay 🍫

Everyone sometimes experiences a moment of stress or anxiety which can turn into a panic attack... I'm struggling with them as well, but I do love watching videos where asmrtists work around panic attacks. That's why I wanted to give this a go as well. I have tried to include some triggers, but as you might notice I also kept it simple. That way it feels the most 'real' to me.
