Join me for today’s 15 minute guided beginner stretch. I recommend doing this at least a few times a week, but ideally every day.

Stretching is super important for not only keeping our body healthy, but feeling good as well. As someone with chronic pain, stretching and working out have helped immensely at limiting my pain, and I hope it helps you too!
