I have a little bit of tendinitis in my thumb, and I had Shockwave therapy on it today (omg it hurt so much)
it's my homework to get back to massaging out some of the knots and scar tissue surrounding that area.
if you've been followingme for a while, you know I've had some nerve impingement in my left neck/shoulder/arm for quite some time. it's totally manageable, and I can play flute just fine, but it does bother me from time to time so I'm getting it worked on now since I haven't been playing much because of the pandemic.

anyone have any gips for dealing with nerve issues or tendinitis?
