Deep Tissue Foot and leg massage to melt your muscles and ease your pain....
Firstly i have noticed a few people commenting on videos telling me they doesn't look enough pressure to be deep tissue....unless your client is screaming on the table in pain its actually hard to tell pressure or force in an actual massage video....
Second people have completely the wrong idea what deep tissue massage actually is.. deep tissue isn't about just increasing pressure and forcing your way into deep tissues....
Deep tissue massage is about gently and slowly going into the muscle, just before the point the muscle tenses up then being patient for the muscle to allow you to drop even deeper....
Now this process can be done be either being patient and waiting for the muscle to let go and relax, or can also be achieved by warming up the muscle so that it relaxes that way.
also in this video I believe on the feet I work in a very holistic way doing what I feel the feet need, by combining various massage techniques including massage, soft and deep tissue, shiatsu and maybe some lessons learned from reflexology.
Now I'm not sure if me and Toni have done a foot massage together before but when she come in I was like what shall we do and she looked at me and said well my feet and legs hurt from cycling and going to gym so that would be great, also can you massage my back too.... so that will be the next video coming in a few days....
