I always thought protein powder/ plastic containers made the best asmr sounds.. I focused on softer and slower tapping and scratching.. I tried to do some alternating, setting and breaking the pattern in the mix so all the tapping isn't the same. Sticky tapping & letter tracing is my personal Fav trigger.
