[ASMR] Shoulder, Chest and Neck Massage Increase Mobility and Decrease Pain! [No Talking]

My client/ model and friend Laura suffers with her shoulders ever since suffering whiplash in a car accident, this is made worse by the hours she spends studying and working as a nurse, in fact sometimes when she comes to see me her shoulder look like there next to her ears. She reports to me neck pain, chest pain and pain between her shoulders, this is very common which I see in my clinic all the time and is known as forward head position. This is caused by how we live in the modern age and causes the muscles on the front the neck and chest to become tight short, while the muscles at the back become tight long...
So to balance this out and ease her pain I usually start my clients in supine or face up, and work the neck and the chest using both massage, pressure points, stretching and mobilization techniques, sometimes I like to also work my clients in the side position especially if i feel the shoulder feel "stuck" as its great way to mobilize the entire shoulder girdle as well as further stretching the Lats and the pecs.
