Tonight’s video is something I do for myself during the warmer months! Welcome to the SPA, where you’re all signed up for a pampering, home made, organic face mask. I will be getting you comfortable, and begin by creating the mask using banana, oat, and raw honey. After applying, I’ll allow you to sit comfortably while putting on some relaxing meditation music. After the mask sits, I’ll remove it gently and finish you off with a beautiful facial rose mist, that will set you off to sleep. So please!
