Hey babycakes 💗 I haven't been feeling in the mood to film lately and rather than try to pretend like everything is okay I decided to actually talk about my mental health and what I've been struggling with for years. This video was honestly a form of therapy for me, to open up and share what I'm going through felt like a massive weight was taken off my shoulders. I know that many of you are coming to my channel and ASMR in general when you are in a bad place yourself so I have tried my best to come at this topic with a 'lightness'. Regardless of whether you struggle with the same things as me I hope you will still find something that resonates in this video - I'm really passionate about the idea of self-compassion which I talk a lot about in this video and I think that's something we could all use a little more of. I really only scratched the surface with this topic as I didn't want the video to go on too long but I can definitely make a part 2 that dives into my history with disordered eating and more coping methods, etc - let me know if this is something you would like 💕

I hope that this video reminds you to treat yourselves a little kinder, with a sense of ease and gentleness for we are all going through something. That something might be different for you than me but our feelings are all valid. Sending you lots of love, hugs and support and thank you for allowing me to open up with you.

Love, love, love,
Quiet
Xx
