This video is an energetic reset for your being and body, where I use Reiki, my alchemy singing bowl, and more, in a soft-spoken ASMR style, for you to get back to you even though the energies in the world are quite intense right now. Remember that even though that's the case, you still have the power to not be totally at the effect of it, just by acknowledging that you are just aware of these energies. Yes, it is bringing up whatever we have inside of us that matches that energy - but we are also tapping into those energies within everybody else, and we are buying into the lie that all of it is ours. So here I am reminding you that you don't have to absorb it, you can be aware of it with way more ease. For those of you that have stuck around since the beginning of this channel - my singing bowl is back! Since I've been traveling with instruments and so much gear related to filming and such, I decided to leave my singing bowl behind, but we are now reunited as you'll get to experience in this video.
