In this video, relax and fall asleep to slow, crisp mouth sounds and soothing, close up hand movements. I'm generally not a mouth sounds person, but slow mouth sounds are really something else! I chose 3 tingly mouth sounds starting with S - Sk, Sl, and St. Which one do you find the most relaxing? Sk and Sl have to be some of my top favourites. Relax and enjoy!
