ASMR Random and Pointless Fast Inspection (lots of personal attention!)

🦋 Hello, beautiful people 🦋

I'm not sure what the hell I am doing in this video but I had an opportunity to film today so I went for it LOL.

For those of you who have been keeping up with me on here or on my Instagram, I've been feeling much better recently! I have been doing THE most to take care of my physical AND mental health and it looks like all of my hard work has been paying off!! I feel less anxious than I was and my physical symptoms are slowly disappearing (at least I think). Doctors were unable to find anything wrong with me minus an elevated heart rate (sinus tachycardia) so I treated it as if it were really just anxiety causing this and took a hefty break from anything causing me stress or worry in order to calm myself and really focus on healing and re-wiring my brain sort of... My heart rate seems to be slowly lowering back to its usual state (I've been self-monitoring at home to see changes).
ANYWAY... If you struggle with anxiety or panic attacks or depression or anything else, know you're not alone!! I pray that you find peace and I hope my videos help a little 💞 I also highlyyyyy recommend the DARE app and Headspace app for anxiety and panic attacks.
