Why Do We Sabotage Our Physical and Mental Health

I came to the conclusion that these were some of the main reasons why I self sabotaged on my 6 yr healing journey.

#1 Due to lack of trust within myself and the healing process.

#2 Change scared the sh*t out of me because it meant stepping out of my comfort zone, out of the only reality (mental conditioning) I knew.

#3 Having been in a constant state of stress for years, my body and mind were chemically out of wack.

#4 Not knowing how to deal with stress properly before learning and applying de-stressing techniques which I made a few videos on:

#5 The lack of education about proper nutrition.

The more I kept taking action, and putting all the new info into use, change began to happen. Healing began to happen. And it can happen for you too, just keep the consistency and remind yourself of what your goal is. The mind and body has to be in sync in order for you to be your full potential, and use that potential to help others and this planet.

There is a host of real world problems that you can alleviate, so STEP IT UP AND BE THE CHANGE YOU WISH TO SEE IN THE WORLD.
