I need to check that your brain is functioning at full capacity and analyze you for nerve damage by performing a cranial nerve exam. I'll check your optic nerve, oculomotor nerve, trochlear nerve, abducens nerve, olfactory nerve, trigeminal nerve, facial nerve, accessory nerve, vestibulocochlear, glossopharyngeal / vagus, and hypoglossal. Thanks for being such a great patient!

ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response. This describes a tingling / static feeling on the skin, typically located at the scalp, base of the neck, and/or spine. It can incite feelings of positivity and calmness. It is most often triggered by specific audio or visual cues.
