ASMR tapping on my climbing shoes and feeling all kinds of fifty frigging four

even though I'm not actually 54 quite yet. Today, according to someone in my house...I look like a Pierrot doll/clown. I think it was a compliment but I on reflection, I am not certain. I am incredibly useless at reading social situations and miss out on those little nuances and clues that others might pick up on. However, I washed my hair earlier and so it had to be scooped up in a hat and what with my ongoing mouth issues, I had to wrap up and keep everything snug. I look decidedly gaunt if I'm honest but that's mostly due to pain and a lack of substantial nutrition...and the fact that I'm almost fifty fu..ing four and when one reaches such a grand age, waking up is a bonus and everything else...well, you know.

The sounds are possibly all over the place because I don't think I edited very well due to aforementioned wotnottery. Apologies for squeaky gym mat and terribly annoying noises and bird song and maybe trains and planes and creaking joints. As an aside, never get your face too close to climbing shoes...because they smell worse than you could possibly ever imagine.

I am off to the dentist in a couple of hours. I will update you accordingly with progress.
