Today, I have an extra video for you! I decided to go outside and sit in my garden while showing you my favorite items/things from this month!

There is some background noise and wind sounds but I hope you don't mind them too much, I think they're a little like white noise.
Triggers included are close up whispering, glass tapping and tapping in general, some mic touching/scratching, paper and book sounds and more!

What even is ASMR?

ASMR describes a feeling of pleasant goosebumps (this is also called tingles). You may it know from when someone scratched your scalp or your back. ASMR videos trigger this feeling using various different sounds and visuals.
ASMR can help people fall asleep. It also calms anxiety and can be used for both relaxation and focusing on a task.
