Recipe:
- carrot
- red pepper
- cherry/plum tomatoes
- chilli pepper
- garlic cloves
Chop veg & rub them in olive oil & mixed herbs, roast for 10 mins on 200 degrees, then add to a pot of stock, blend with a whizzer, add a spoon of honey & heat until bubbling
Perfect soup for autumn/winter 🍁 especially for sick days because it contains lots of vitamin C 🥕
