This ASMR video is all about sniffing away your bad energy! Deep breathing is always so relaxing but sniffing gives that extra comfort and joy that really puts your mind at ease. The sounds are quiet and slow before getting more intense (with light bass) as the video continues. I hope this ASMR will relax you after a long day and you fall asleep quickly.
