Body Whispers before Sleep (ASMR, Reiki)

This is a whispered ASMR Reiki video, where I will be focusing on relaxing your body before sleep, getting your body into that deeply relaxed state, where it can heal itself, or just have a really yummy sleep. Our bodies are sooo aware and they communicate with us all the time. We don’t even need Reiki, energy work etc. for them to heal, to thrive, to relaax, but most of us are so disconnected from our bodies that we don’t hear when they are communicating with us, "telling" us what they require, what they and we are aware of and so forth. Reiki can help us immensely and puts us into that relaxed state no matter where you stand, and if we'd start to unlearn disregarding our bodies, with one step at a time to listen to the whispers, we would have so much more ease and less tension in our everyday lives.
