ASMR February Focus | It’s Ok to Cry 😢😍🤗

February is my favorite month of the year. With Valentine’s Day and my Birthday, it’s a month full of Love. 💖

Last month, we recalibrated our emotions through nature. February also speaks to our emotional body. 🥲

As I was hiking today, my eyes continually filled with tears that spilled down my cheeks. 😭 I felt fine so what gives? Then it dawned on me: water cleanses. The saltwater of my tears purged negative chemicals stemming from old emotions. Emotional tears contain neurotransmitters associated with the body’s stress response. Allowing ourselves to cry rids the body of those unwanted chemicals, rebalancing the nervous system. We always feel better after a good cry!😁 My body was doing me a favor. Cleansing old toxicity for healthier harmony. 🧘‍♀️🌿💧

Our body is primed to heal itself if we will only allow it.😘
