today i just want you to relax and enjoy some alone time with me. i will try to ease your mind and make you calm and happy.
i'm doing lots of hand movements, playing with crystals (amethyst, agate, rose quartz), touching your arms and shoulders (with your permission) and helping you to visualise a nice place at the sea, where no harm appears.
