Thank you for joinning my extremely relaxing and calm hypnotizing ASMR Reiki sleep session and guided meditation where I am using a candle, Sage for cleansing and purification, crystals (Tourmaline & Moonstone) and a feather for the greatest tingles to help you fall asleep. I will also be using my hands and hand movements for the energy transmission. This session can be used for Relaxation, restorative sleep, naptimes or for simply relaxing or switching your mind off for a couple of minutes.
