*** What is ASMR? ***

ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response. It is a phenomenon that some people experience in response to certain audio, visual or cognitive stimuli. The reaction to this is usually called "tingles" and can be felt around the head, neck, back, and occasionally other regions of the body. Not everyone experiences "tingles", but ASMR videos can also help with relaxation, sleep and anxiety.

Some common triggers are:
-Whispering, or soft speaking
-Tapping or scratching
-Flipping pages
-Blowing sounds
-Personal attention
