He fell asleep! well he kept drifting in and out of sleep and was lightly snoring at times so you could say I knocked this boxer out!
Deep tissue lower back massage to help with the recovery of Cameron's hectic training regime, He runs every morning a full 10k then works all doing doing hard manual labor followed by boxing training in the evening to keep himself sharp and fight ready. But this obviously has a knock on effect on his body and this is where I come in to help him recover with massage stretching and pressure point work.
