I thought I would show you guys my morning routine because I love watching these kinds of videos haha 😂 plus I show a full leg workout and my favorite green smoothie. I hope you guys enjoy the video. Green Smoothie Recipe:
Water
Ice
1 handful spinach
2 pieces of romaine
1 tbsp stevia
1 mint leaf with stem
2 tbsps lemon juice
1 tbsp MCT oil ( optional)
1/2 avocado
1 scoop L- Glutamine (optional)
