ASMR | Sleep Clinic - Tingle Study 💤 (Find Your Perfect Triggers!)

Hello my talented tingles, in today's soft spoken roleplay, you'll be coming to the sleep clinic for a tingle study!

I'll be going through A LOT of visual and auditory triggers to see which ones are best for you! I'll be starting with the visual triggers, you'll get some light triggers, follow directions, follow my fingers, brushing your face, tracing, measuring, etc. Then halfway through I'll do the auditory triggers, so you can close your eyes halfway through if you'd like.

Throughout I'll be doing lots of note taking, typing, crinkly shirt sounds, glove sounds, and a mixture of softly speaking and whispering. I did much more sound layering in this one than I normally would, so a bunch of it is experimental, but I hope you all enjoy, and I learned tonnes making it!
