Hello everyone!! Today you can follow my instructions to relax and take your stress away! This is my first time doing something like a guided meditation type of video so how did I do? This video contains 4 sections; preparation of tea, breathing exercises, writing down your thoughts and lastly, imagery therapy! I hope you like it :D
I don't have much experience watching these types of ASMR videos either because personally I prefer fast triggers :D But I am really proud of how the audio turned out in this video!! I FINALLY figured out how to maximize the use of my new rode mics and I am SO happy and excited to make more videos with the new found quality that I have been searching for :D
