Heart Chakra Healing & Activation | 20 Minute Reiki ASMR | Love, Compassion & Balance

Hello and welcome to my channel! 🙏❤️

This is the sixth video in my 20 Minute Reiki series.

The fourth chakra also known as ‘Heart Chakra’ or ‘Anahata’ is located in the centre of the chest. It is associated with love, compassion and forgiveness and resonates with the colour green. The heart chakra acts as a bridge between the lower and the higher chakras. 💚

A blocked heart chakra may manifest as heart and lung problems, poor circulation, isolation, fear of love and intimacy, difficulty trusting others, victim mentality, bitterness, resentment and holding grudges.

In this session we will be using reiki, affirmations, gems, candles and a short heart opening and balancing meditation.

You can sip rose tea, green tea or slice lime and add to filtered water. Foods that are beneficial to the heart chakra are: kiwi, green pepper, sprouts, green apples, kale, spinach, broccoli, pears, cabbage, celery, cucumber and asparagus. 🥒🥬🥦🫑
