Hello everyone! How are you guys doing?? In today’s video, I am showing you my neck and back stretching routine! This is the routine I have been doing for the past 2 weeks now and it has definitely been helping with my neck and back pain. This is NOT a stretching tutorial, although I am explaining what I am doing in each segment. This is just meant to maybe motivate you to start your own stretching routine in the morning and/ or before bed! It makes a world of a difference especially if you have bad posture or just overall aching from work etc. It’s also a great way to relax. This is a whispered voiceover, so enjoy!
