Positive Affirmations ASMR (rain sounds+lofi)

hello everyone :)) today is a positive affirmations asmr (ASMR) video with rain sounds in the background. I also did some tapping, brushing, and lofi soft spoken asmr. I hope you guys enjoy and this brings a little peace to your day.

If ASMR is not your thing or you feel you want to make fun of it (and those who watch/create it) remember to be kind. Just because something does not work for you does not mean it is not beneficial to others. ASMR may seem a bit funny and strange to someone not familiar with it but it is a great tool to help anxiety, depression or insomnia.
