Hey guys, today I tried a relaxing Vietnamese foot massage and scrub with mud covering. This massage was very relaxing and made me fall asleep! The massage therapist first put my feet into hot water and washed them, after she used something like a grater (actually a foot file) and started to remove dead skin from my feet. She also used salt to exfoliate my feet and after she started the foot massage which was very relaxing and pressed on all the spots of Vietnamese foot reflexology. Lastly she put mud on my feet to make them smooth and soft!
