As a huge advocate for mental health, as I myself have struggled with extreme bouts of depression and anxiety, (things I am working on bettering to this day) I was curious to know and understand how exactly Betterhelp works. I will be reviewing their services throughout the next few weeks, and will return with a follow-up video with my discoverings so I can better inform you of what to expect, should you decide to give it a try.
In the meantime, I can only say this; seeking help is never the wrong or questionable option. I am available to those who need someone to talk to.
