When we are anxious, stagnant emotional energy in our body can leave us feeling jittery and fidgety. It is helpful to have an item (or a few) to represent the reminder to soothe yourself and focus on be present in the present. Stones are one of my favorite easily-accessible items to touch when I feel antsy and overwhelmed. The metal infinity cube is also a really satisfying weight and sound. A fidget won’t remove the anxiety, but it does help signal as a reminder to take a moment to calm and ground yourself. Enjoy the sounds of these fidgets!
