Kim had told me she was struggling with her back both pain between her shoulders and lower back, and looking down her body I could see her shoulder blades were pulling outwards and that her spine looked twisted. So I just worked how I would when working with a client sinking into the muscles slowly working my way into the deep muscles and stretching the fascia. Constantly changing what I'm doing depending how her body was reacting to my touch...
Now I previously released a non music version of this only 2 weeks back but I think the calming music really compliments this, I've also slightly darkened this version to be easy on the eye for those watching in bed.
