Hi Everyone. Thank you for being here. I am so grateful that you have taken the time to watch this video. It is intended to help you take the edge off of a bad day, to sleep better, and to have a better day tomorrow.

This was an interesting video to make. My camera gave out during recording... what I didn't realize is that my audio recorder also gave out at a different point. So I have spliced things together the best I could and I fade off to let the ocean waves behind me continue so that I could extend it for those of you using it for sleep.
