As you'll hear in the video, I've had depersonalization disorder for many years, but I've also managed to overcome it. I'd say I've reduced the symptoms by around 90% or more. Which I'm extremely happy with! It may not be a 100% cure, but I'll take it.

This disorder can also be called Derealization, although according to Wikipedia, some people consider them to be separate conditions. I'm not qualified to say either way. But both terms describe perfectly what I have experienced.
