Your favorite personal trainer is back to complete your initial body composition assessments. That's a fancy way of saying that I will be spending our session measuring you with a ruler tape and calipers. I will be explaining (probably more like over-explaining, haha) the concepts of measuring and tracking, and giving you some general knowledge about ideal body composition.
