ASMR | Relaxing Reiki Energy Cleansing ✨[Pendulum]

Hello my sassy squashes, in today's soft spoken ASMR reiki session we'll be doing lots of different things to help clean your energy and remove your stress and anxiety.

We'll start with a smudge stick to balance the space around us. There will be a couple of focusing hypnosis sessions with the pendulum, as well as plucking, pulling, cord cutting, and snipping. At the end we'll be releasing all our negative stress into the flame of a candle. I'll be softly speaking throughout the session, with a bit of whispering.
