I know that many of you might be feeling alone or anxious / sad at the moment - and that's one of the huge reasons I want to make these videos, to be with you virtually, so that you have a place to call home where you can come and just breathe. Because I know what it's like to feel that way.

Just know that even though we are separated by these screens, by time and space - my heart is with you, and our energies are connected. Know that you are not alone. I do by best to reply to all of my comments and to as many DMs on twitter / insta as possible (although I can't always get to all of those all the time unfortunately).
