You join me today in this massage with Lucinda to help Fix her rounded shoulders and ease pain felt between her shoulders and her upper traps. No me being me i dont just focus on this area entirely as the whole body is connected and therefore when i work i like to work what i feel is needed as im working... Constantly checking and working the muscles, Fascia and meridian lines to create balance and ease pain....
Now this was Lucinda's first ever massage and i think you can see that a bit at the start as she doesnt know where to look as i begin working but can assure you after the initial nerves she relaxed and in doing so i felt her muscles turn to jelly under my fingertips.
