Yoga stretches, smiles, clothes scratching in freezing temperatures - impromptu lo-fi

Do not jump...when I tippety tap that lens. Sorry, should have put up a warning. Anyway...here's a little extra...a snippet of my morning stretches complete with scratching in ridiculously cold conditions as I train outside under a tin roof...thank heaven for down jackets and a warm heart. Judging by the success of this in the first few minutes...it is most certainly destined for the bin. But one doesn't know until one tries. This was very impromptu but I will make sure I give it more thought next time

What is coming next? Not sure why you tube hasn't yet given me access to a community tab as that usually happens shortly after the 1k sub mark...so, here are a few choices.
